Text Messaging Agreement Policy
1. Introduction
By providing your mobile phone number to Guidehealth and opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Guidehealth, via our 3rd party applicant tracking system, regarding updates and communication regarding your employment application and employment opportunities with Guidehealth. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to this agreement.
2. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By opting in to receive text messages from Guidehealth you consent to:
- Receive recurring messages at the mobile number provided.
- Messages may be sent using automated technology.
- Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with Guidehealth.
3. Opt-Out Procedure
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time.
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your mobile number, except as required for customer service purposes.
4. Message and Data Rates
